  • eSIMPACK reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if misuse is detected.

4. eSIM Activation & Compatibility

  • Users must ensure their device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
  • Once an eSIM is activated, it is non-transferable.
  • eSIMPACK is not responsible for compatibility issues or incorrect installation by the user.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments must be made in full before activation of eSIM services.
  • We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other available payment methods.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 6).

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Non-activated eSIMs: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated.
  • Activated eSIMs: Once activated, eSIMs are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via our Support Team at support@esimpack.co.uk.

7. Data Usage & Fair Use Policy

  • eSIM plans come with predefined data limits.
  • Users agree to comply with fair use policies imposed by mobile carriers.
  • Excessive or unauthorized use may result in service suspension.

8. Liability Disclaimer

eSIMPACK provides services on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by third-party network providers. eSIMPACK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
