  • Digital eSIMs: Delivered instantly via email upon successful payment. No physical shipping is required.
  • Physical Products (SIM cards & accessories): Shipped using standard courier services such as Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders for physical products are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.
  • For digital eSIMs, delivery is immediate after successful purchase.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic (UK) Shipping: 2–5 business days.
  • International Shipping: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time, as specified on our website.

5. Order Tracking
