Esimpack Return Policy

At Esimpack, we strive to provide the best service and products for all your travel connectivity needs. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Digital eSIMs

  • Non-refundable: Due to the nature of digital products, purchased eSIMs cannot be returned or exchanged once activated.
  • Activation Issues: If your eSIM does not work or fails to activate, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase. We will provide a replacement or troubleshooting guidance.

2. Physical Products (SIM cards, accessories)

  • Returns: You may return unused and unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
